Some math programs may be good, but many are pretty useless. There are probably math programs that solve the quatratic equation, while there is already a built-in one. I even made a program like that once; I just liked mine better than the built-in one...well, probably just because I made is, which is not a relly good reason.
There are math programs that even just a list of equations to solve! But remember, there probably are SOME useful math programs out there, although many are just garbage. You all can also talk about math programs NOT to make here! Maybe I should make thread for neede math programs...

Although I know some javascript, C++, HTML and some other stuff I still program on my TI-86. Maybe I should get a V200, TI-92+ of TI-89T....

get a V200, my 89 Titanium is great, but the V200 is far superior (bigger screen, QWERTY keyboard...)

Yes! That is exactly what I was going to say! And why would you get a TI-92+ when you could get the better V200 for a lesser price?

Most of these people probably posted the programs that they use for their math class. Then, suddenly, they do not need them anymore! What do they do? They post them on ticalc.org. Ticalc should have a stricter file policy...

No, because I made a cool trig program and they rejected it because it used too simple trigonometry calculations or some shit like that but they are quite lenient now because there are tons of files coming in compared to the five a day they recieved then. Morgan Davies is the best file archiver a site can have. He can process files incredibly quickly and reject the ones that are incompetent. That is why calcgames has a smaller file archive than ticalc.org.
