maybe he was confused? I don't have an overlap problem I think, unless he has a small resolution and the title extends to two lines.

At this point, I would like to add that IE 7 for XP will be released this summer.
It will include a tabbed interface and other stuff as well.
This would make it a worthy adversary to Firefox.
