Well, nature abhors a vaccum, so I'll post something here. Go here: people.ucsc.edu/~bcherry/Jet%20Blaster%202%20Source/That is the source to my game Jet Blaster Mach II, which I mentioned earlier. It is written in C for the Ti-89. It's fairly long and complicated, but there is plenty of good programming practice to learn from it. I got a bunch of good ideas from some of the creators/maintainers of TIGCC and ExtGraph to improve it, so take a look for ideas. Feel free to copy anything into your own work, as long as you credit me for what you copied, and make your own source available as I have. Let me know if that link breaks ever, because I might accidentally overwrite it or something. Or when I lose my ucsc account in 6 months it will die as well.

Thank you. Unfortunately, rereading it, I no longer understand it fully, yet I understood it on every level when I wrote it. Actually, funny story, I wrote the entire program (almost, the game part at least, no menus I don't think) at once, without any testing of any kind. Then once that was done I put together the sprites and added them in the header file. Then I tested the entire thing all at once. And it basically worked on that first compile and run, with no compiler errors and only a few small bugs. I was so proud. That took a week. Then I spent about three more debugging and adding features and making it into a complete game.

Hmm. One month. That's pretty good!
I just wish that someone would make an RPG for the 68k calculators.

Perhaps you should get a book about C?

Good luck getting a book. I could teach you through email or on the forum, or you could check out this tutorial which is where I learned C originally.

You'll be programming C in no time!
But get a 68K calculator...

Maybe a V200 or ti-89 titanium.

Get a V200...
It's easier to use, and it has a QWERTY keyboard.

Why can't it be used on standardized tests? Is it just some random policy or is there a specific reason?

I'm sorry; it cannot be used on THE SAT AND ACT only. You can use any calculator on those tests; they are not dependent on graphing calculators.
In fact, the problems are made so they CAN be done WITHOUT any calculators.
Doing these kinds of problems on a calculator wastes valuable time.
In fact, the Voyage 200 is very handy to use in class; it has a qwerty keyboard; which makes it easier to type. Because of this, you can use the Voyage 200 Personal Learning Tool to write (as in essays), and then upload the essays to your computer. This is done by the use of a free program called NoteFolio which has been made by Texas Instruments itself.
