No, but I/m proabbly about to get it. VTI is probably one of the best TI emulators (from what I've heard and seen).

but 2.5 doesn't support flash and 3.0 doesn't support regular programs...(that you send to VTI from the computer)

Well, there is TiEmu, the 68k-only emulator... But I prefer VTI...
