68K Assembly is faster. It also has different ROM calls.

Easier? You mean z80 is easier that 68K? or asm is easier than BASIC? 68k is more similar to a high-level language than z80, and I think it is actually easier, though I know very little about the language.

I dont have much time to do a tutorial right now, since I am beginning work on metroid. Maybe later when I get stuck on Metroid.
[Edit 01/29/05] I am willing to teach and/or point anyone in the right direction if they are interested in doing TIGCC, and TIGCC only. I don't have enough knowledge to do asm, but I would be willing to help someone get into the business of making high-quality games with TIGCC. If anyone is interested, let me know, and I'll find time in between my Metroid project.

Get a Voyage 200, man!

At Best Buy(R) there was no Voyage 200. Maybe they were sold out, or maybe they just weren't ordered.

Because the Voyage 200 is so good, you must buy it directly from TI or one of its affiliates.
No; I am not joking.

I don't know of any (there might be one in some random place) but it would be good if they were common.

There are the complicated ASM manuals for the 68000 processor from Motorola...
Hmm... Motorola makes the 68k processor AND cellphones? NICE...

Motorola makes more than cellphones....
But it isnt that surprising, considering Mitsubishi makes TVs.

Cellphones are the most memorable and *obvious* products of Motorola. (at least to me... ) –
||| | –––
| == | | == | | == | –––
